Cukup besar untuk menampung 8 orang dan berperabot penuh itu cukup ringan untuk diangkut dengan helikopter karena sepenuhnya dibuat dari plastik yang akhirnya membuat dikomersilkan kepada proyek ketika krisis minyak membuat kebutuhan sudah terlalu mahal.
Konon, sekitar 100 rumah-rumah ini telah diproduksi di seluruh dunia.
