Pada tahun 1999 rumah seharga £ 2.5 juta ini berhasil mempunyai nilai di atas £ 5 juta setelah mengalami renovasi dan fasilitas sekolah sepak bolanya.

Although she purchased the property in 2002, Kate didn’t move in until 2005 due to extensive work carried out on the once-neglected house. The couple added gates, walls and fences around the house in a bid to increase security. This has angered local villagers who say the additions ruin the spirit of the community.

WAYNE ROONEY

Wayne and his wife Coleen had this home built from scratch in 2004, going so far as to demolish an original 1930s mansion that previously occupied the slot.

Since then the couple have spent a fortune on the £4 million property in Prestbury, Cheshire, adding a cinema, sweeping staircase, giant swimming pool, Grecian statues and £50,000 worth of garden turf. The mansion also boasts a £30,000 state-of-the-art CCTV system to prevent peeping toms.
