Arsitektur Australia Tim Denton Corker Marshall, ditetapkan sebagai pemenang kontes arsitektur internasional yang dilakukan dua tahun lalu untuk pembangunan pusat keadilan baru kota Manchester.Bangunan itu memiliki 34,000 m2 permukaan bangunan, dibagi dalam 15 lantai. Ini akan mengakomodasi 47 pengadilan, 75 kamar konsultasi dan beberapa kantor pembantu dependensi. Daya tarik visual utama bangunan adalah lantai kantilever yang tidak teratur berdiri keluar dari sisi tepi fasadnya. Aspek estetika memiliki tujuan memberikan kategori ikon untuk bangunan, menekankan relevansi dan kepentingan bagi kota ini.

Saat ini, pekerjaan konstruksi sangat maju pesat, dan diharapkan akan selesai pada bulan Oktober.

The australian architecture team Denton Corker Marshall, was designated winner of the international architecture contest done two years ago for the construction of the new Manchester city’s justice center.

The building has 34.000 m2 of built surface, distributed among 15 floors. It will accommodate 47 courts, 75 consulting rooms and several offices and auxiliary dependencies.

The main visual attraction of the building will be the irregular cantilevered floors standing out of the thinner sides of the facade. This aesthetic aspect have the objective of giving the icon category to the building, emphasizing its relevance and importance for the city.

Currently, the construction works are very advanced, and it is expected to be finished in October.
